Crisis Core Reunion runs like a dream on the Steam Deck. With this configuration, we set the graphics preset to high and leave it there. You'll experience a bit of stuttering in the first chapter as the game compiles shaders, but it's smooth sailing from then on.
The Steam Deck manages 60fps for much of the game with occasional dips into the 40s. This configuration prioritizes stability over raw framerate by setting a framerate limit and refresh rate limit of 40Hz. If you prefer higher framerates and can tolerate some fluctuations, then set both to 60Hz.
